Coverage's include General Liability, Commercial Auto Liability, Pollution Legal Liability, and Excess Umbrella Liability. Energy Enhancements include, but are not limited to Erroneous delivery of liquid products, Gas and Oil Contamination and MCS-90 filing when required. Propane Dealers and Distributors with bulk storage plants, deliver to and service to install residential, agricultural, industrial, or commercial customers are eligible. Cylinder exchange and Bottle fill operations are acceptable.

Insured must have a written GAS check and Out--Of-Gas procedure or similar program and have documented leak testing on a minimum of 20% of their customers. Combination Propane/Petroleum and Fuel Oil Dealers are acceptable.
